ONE is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the inspiration of young people, their loved ones, and conscious members of the community looking to increase their awareness.
ONE offers both community and campus-based support models. There is no struggle necessary to attend; only a desire to be inspired. There is no attachment to a specific label or diagnosis. We encourage abstaining from a preferred form of self-medication if it exists; substance use/abuse, self-harm, disordered eating and provide support with academic pressure, bullying, home-life, anxiety, and/or depression. Quite frankly, there may be no struggle it may simply be the stress of living a life.
ONE operates in solution. We architect prolific experiences and events that are aimed at altering the course of lives. We engage visionaries, mavericks, artists, and experts to come share their path; these are our Conscious Contributors.
Lynne Pedersen, Founder, developed the first Positive Consequence Model of its’ kind in 1985. This model is utilized by the Newport Mesa Unified School District (NMUSD). NMUSD has a formal MOU with ONE to offer unique support services to their students and parents district-wide.
It is in our free weekly support groups that ONE can discover that their personal strength is a lifeline to another’s weakness. Young people learn quickly that they are celebrated for their unique identity and footprint in this world.
It is in our free weekly parent groups that loved ones and conscious members of the community can expand their awareness, and quite simply exhale.
We seek to inspire and ignite the passion that exists within every struggling young person and heal the hearts of their loved ones.
Call 888.852.2201 if you are experiencing a struggling person and would like some guidance. ONE does not charge for assistance.
If we cannot help you, we will get you to someone who can.
