Jennifer was born and raised in Newport Beach, CA. She graduated from Corona del Mar in 2009, and continued her education at University of Colorado at Boulder.

In high school, she was captain of the freshman cheer team, and her sophomore through senior year she moved on to play varsity lacrosse. Her senior year, she was involved with the YMCA’s Youth and Government program and was also chosen by her peers to be in the Homecoming court. She moved to Colorado to pursue her undergrad degree, and completed a dual B.A. in Psychology and Sociology in winter of 2012.

Since then, she has been an advocate for those in recovery, and those who are still struggling with addiction. As a CU Alumnus, she helped open the CU Collegiate Recovery Center (CUCRC) in 2013 on the Boulder campus. Jennifer is passionate about service, and recently completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training.

She hopes to bring awareness and support to the recovery community by any means possible, whether it is through yoga practice or dedicating time to those in need.

ONE is grateful to have her as a Conscious Contributor!
